Introduction

WHAT IS THE NON-NEGOTIABLE BEHAVIOR SYSTEM?

The Non-Negotiable Behavior System or “NNB” is made up of what I call, “The Six Pillars of Life.” These include spirituality, personal growth, health, relationships, finance, and career.

I bet you are already relatively successful. However, you’re reading this because there is a need and a desire to become stronger and find an even higher level of success.

A lot of highly successful people have sacrificed just about everything to get to where they are. You may be the same. For these people, once they have reached what they believe is the pinnacle of success, they find themselves feeling empty and alone. The NNB system teaches you how to obtain fulfillment in all parts of your life – the key Six Pillars!

I created The Non-Negotiable Behavior (NNB) system when I hit a success rock bottom. I had reached the top of my career following years of work and yet I felt a crushing tidal wave of emptiness. I started throwing all my thoughts on a white board and quickly saw what was wrong. I had been building my life around my career and not my career around my life. So my habits were just not well rounded They were extremely one sided and I wasn’t a well rounded person. I had also focused on an area that wasn’t my top priority. I started to rearrange my life and my life changed!

In my program, we begin with an audit and self-discovery phase where we work to find how and when you first began feeling disconnected from your true self. Almost every single one of us has experienced this at one time or another in our lives.

If you have simply concentrated all your efforts on improving one area of your life, then chances are you’re not feeling fulfilled in the other areas of your life. This my friends, is the express lane to misery town and the neighbors suck.

When you decide to implement the Non- Negotiable Behavior system, it will help you to live a life of no regrets. It helps you zero in on your priorities and ensure that everything you’re doing in life drives you towards your ultimate goals.

I need to add something about the g word. Goals really can be an unhealthy word. Sometimes when we focus too much on a large goal, we trip ourselves up. Our goals need to have context. For example, Sarah is obsessed with reaching 135 lbs. so she exercises feverishly. What she didn’t take into account was the muscle she was building as well. The scale does not move much and so in frustration she gives up exercising. I am going to say this again, goals need context. You must first develop small habits each day. I guarantee that this is the only way to true and lasting success.

By using this system, you will find that it will not only help you with planning, but with taking things to the next level as well. You’ll experience more in three months, then you have in the previous three years of your life.
